Firm Participates in CAI’s Almost Free Legal Advice Program
Announcing the San Diego Chapter CAI’s Almost Free Legal Advice program being held in San Diego and North County from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. –
– In Carlsbad on November 7, 2012, at the Sheraton Carlsbad, 5480 Grand Pacific Drive.
– In San Diego on November 14, 2012, at the Courtyard by Marriott, 8651 Spectrum Center Boulevard.
The firm’s Senior Associate, Lauri Croce, will be one of three panelists, including Laurie Poole and Mary Howell, giving a ten minute presentation each, then answering questions from the floor on legal questions raised by homeowner and manager audience members.
Lauri’s presentation will be on the topic of Current Trends in Assessment Collections and will include comments regarding the homeowner bankruptcies, foreclosures by banks and associations, Superior Court collection lawsuits, and enforcement of judgments.
Come to one of the two events, and learn something for “almost free.” The cost is $10 per person, and the firm is willing to sponsor up to 30 of our clients (board members) and their managers for the event. Contact Janet Wilcox at jwilcox@krigerlawfirm.com or Lauri Croce at lcroce@krigerlawfirm.com if you would like to attend. Or for more information, contact the San Diego Chapter of CAI.
