Judges Won’t Wait for Your Next Board Meeting

Posted by Joel Kriger | Feb 13, 2013

Judges won't wait for your next board meeting!  We want to remind all of our clients with pending law suits in Superior Court that we often need decisions made by the Board before the next regular board meeting.  Court procedures need to be followed and documents need to be filed with the court within a certain time period. We will try to give the Board as much notice as possible so that most decisions can be made during a regularly scheduled board meeting.  However, sometimes events take place that are beyond our control and we need a decision by the Board before the next board meeting.  When this happens, please schedule a special board meeting and respond to our office as soon as possible.  This will help us a great deal to avoid future court appearances that would otherwise cost the Association additional attorneys' fees.
